LIMITED WAIVER OF SERVICE BY NON-ELECTRONIC MEANS REQUIRED BY D.N.J. LBR 5005-1
The Trustee receives Motions and other pleadings by way of CM/ECF, with such pleadings being entered into our bankruptcy management system. Receipt of these pleadings by mail is duplicative, sometimes submitted with multiple attachments, and unnecessary to the operation of our Trusteeship. To be more efficient, ecologically friendly, and for cost reduction to both the bar and trustee operations, I will waive service by ordinary mail. However, this will NOT apply to (1) pro se parties, (2) attorneys who are not ECF approved, (3) service of Orders on Shortened Notice, which must be served pursuant to the manner set forth on the Order and(4) Adversary Proceeding Summons and Complaint, which must be served pursuant to FRBP7004. Effective immediately for the District of New Jersey, Newark Vicinage Marie-Ann Greenberg, Esq.Ch. 13 Standing Trustee
